the indemnity bond worth 2 lac Rupees for the tenure of 2 years was signed

Mr. lawyer, I hope you are good, but I’m not!!! as I worked in a financial institution, the indemnity bond worth 2 lac Rupees for the tenure of 2 years was signed, as if I left organization before the said period of time, I shall be liable to pay off above-mentioned amount,
as I left the bank after serving 18 months exactly, got my resign accepted within the due period of time,
to sum up, I have been sent a legal notice at Labor court Hyderabad reasoning I’m liable to the bank for the amount of 270k.
While in this meantime, I’m having budget deficits.
I request you to have pity on me giving some way outs. since I already am depressed that of imprisonment!!!
