My wife has applied for Khula and she has not provided any jewelry receipts, any jewler witness, even she did not wrote any word of sona, gold , zewar neither in Dawa ( written statement) and nor in Affidavit( Oath statement).
She has added zewart 20 tola as item of Jahaiz in jahaiz list , and her intention is to get the zewart from court with Jahaiz items.

dowry/ Jahez List is sufficient to demand the dowry articles. it your duty to prove list fake with rebuttal evidence. I she can prove with evidence then she can get the dowry articles on the basis of same list.
