KINDLY LETS ME KNOW THAT IF WE GIVE THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT TO BANK, CAN BANK INCREASE THE MARKUP ON MARKUP?
just as our decree amount 27 lakh. our principal amount 17 lakh . we have paid 22 lakh. on remaining 5 lakh bank can increase the mark up as the passage of time. if yes then pls also mention the act.

    No, bank has no such right as court has passed the decree, now the decree of court ll be followed.if court has not mentioned the markup increment then bank has no right to make the same by it own .
