Question :

I’m one of the legal heir in an inherited property in Karachi Pakistan, from my father.
One of my brother has obtained an irrevocable power of attorney jointly from me and two of my other brothers. One of the executant (my eldest brother) died last year. Now me and my another brother are the present executant of this irrevocable power of attorney.
The attorney of this power (my another elder brother did not explained me about its irrevocable nature at the time of signing it.
Now I want to revoke this power of attorney. What is the procedure to revoke this power of attorney.

Thanking you.

Answer:

  1. one of the executant has already been expired therefore same is not executable now. you may seek its cancellation from civil court and should also get a stay order from civil before he use the same.
