separated or divorced

Hope you are well.

I am writing in regards to ask a query that Is it possible to get a statutory declaration as separated or divorced if a marriage is registered in Lahore between a Pakistani and a foreign national. To my knowledge the marriage was not registered in NADRA because after the Nikah Nama was signed, I had left Pakistan with my spouse and reside overseas. Since than we are living overseas, but due to some personal circumstances, we had decided to separate permanently and since last 3 years we are living separate in different countries and not in Pakistan. My question is I want to prove in overseas to Government that I am separated or divorced and entitled to marry someone else.
