Option 1: Mutual Divorce If both families are in agreement, a Mutual Divorce is the simplest option. Both parties can sign a Divorce Deed, which will then be registered with the Union Council, and a divorce certificate will be issued. Option 2: Khula (Through Court) If mutual divorce is not feasible, we can assist you in filing for Khula through the Family Court. Once the court issues the decree, the divorce certificate will be processed through the Union Council. Special Power of Attorney (If Living Abroad) If you are living abroad and unable to personally handle the proceedings, you will need to provide a Special Power of Attorney. This document must be duly attested by the Embassy of Pakistan in your country of residence and sent to us for further processing. Document Attestation and Apostille If required, we can also assist with the attestation and apostille of the divorce certificate for use abroad. Consultation on Fees For detailed information on costs, please contact us directly via phone or email. Our team will provide you with a personalized fee structure based on your specific requirements
