Sir,
Act of theft in a case of serious emergency is offence able or not? as if an accused admits that he done that act unintentionally due to serious emergency like saving of life of his close one.. plz guide if this act is accountable, thn what legal act be charged?

    it depends on the facts of case and circumstance . These defences can be taken at the time of trial of case and if accused proved his stance through unshaken evidence then definitely he can be acquitted or minimum punishment can be awarded to him .
