a family suit for recovery of dower property was decreed in favor of plaintiff
and plaintiff transferred property to third person later defendant file an application 12(2) on the ground of fraud, facts are: defendant got summons served in person, vakalt nama also filled by the defendant in that case, whether application 12(2) will succeed? please advice soon
