Aslam o alaikum.hope u fine. I want to ask a question plz reply me must in detail.My question about recovery of bridal gift. My ex husband file suit against me for bridal gifts(gold, money and cloths etc) and said they have prov of audio recording which I accepted I have all. I want to know what happened now?is court accept this type of proves like recording r msgs?may b they make fake proves because they r v cruel family they beated me and kicked out from home many times and they also have all dowery.please reply me asap

if you have gifts then why are you worried….? Gifts once given, can not be taken back , its settled law, how ever , dowry is your personal property you can take it back any time, . File a suit for recovery of dowry before family court,
