assalamualaikum. I am a Pakistani born in Malaysian by few generation and a Malaysian citizen. Not a Pakistani id holder. I bought a house on my children’s name in Shadbagh, Can I include my name in the property registry and farz? Can I buy property in lahore under my name?

foreigners may also purchase immovable property in Pakistan and even their presence in Pakistan at the time of execution of the title document is not necessary.
Yes, your name cant be included now as you are thinking, how ever you children may give you some share as a gift.
