the calculation for the maintenance of minor:

If I’m working with my father and I don’t own anything and am getting the benefits of living with him and so is my kids n wife, how will I be calculated for the maintenance asked my wife for her and my minor kids through court?

    It’ll be better for you to present the salary slip before the court, otherwise, the court’ll consider you a partner in your father and maintenance shall be calculated as the monthly profit of your business.
