can I do both duties

I am a government medical officer, i am also doing my postgraduation FCPS training, my question is, if I perform my government duty in night shift (three days on and three days off officially) and FCPS training in off days,drawing salary from ONLY one place , so is this possible? can I do both duties? Kindly give me complete details of this case..
