This is Abdul Hameed, and want to know whether can I do partnership (30%) with Indonesian (70%)
In an online e-commerce platform?
Actually, I am a software developer and an Indonesian client want me to developed an e-commerce platform and he has agreed to make me a partner in it of 30%!
I want to know all legal aspects and which law would be applicable and can partnership exist between us?

    yes, you can make this contract if the same is going to be registered in Indonesia.
