Sir what are legal circumstances for such a person who has bought recently a piece of land from co-sharer and build house while other co-sharer comes and claim the same portion of land which he has bought couple of years before with hadood arba but could not get possession due to residing different city
From both parties who have the right of the specific portion of land one who has bought early but couldn’t get possession or the other who bought recently and get possession.

    There are two things involved in this case, Firstly you should get the demarcation of property through local revenue officer. If it is the same property then someone has sold your property again. dont say this that you did not get possession earlier.

    Get the FIR registered to dispossess the fraudulent persons along with the civil remedy .
