plantiff file suit in district court when court reject stay application he withdraw the suit and file fresh suit in high court of sindh with different claim he got stay against my property
My question is that does contradictory statement affect the suit ?

    yes definitely , no once can take two stance at same time, even may dismissed the second dismissed if same is regarding same parties and same property.
