Question :

Dear Pak Lawyer,
My mother passed away on 24th March 2020. In those days there was strict lockdown so I could not apply for her death certificate. I now need the certificate and was told that I have to apply through the court as the period of registration is within 60 days which has passed. Kindly guide me where to go and what will be the procedure.
