Hi. If an organization’s president hires a web developer to create a website for the organization, then the website’s domain is registered on the name of the developer.
What if the developer goes rogue and takes over the website? Can we file a case against him, to take back the website? Even though the website is registered on his name?

Its a routine in Pakistan, normally website registered in the name of web developers, but president of such organization or the organization has the full right to get the full ownership and meanwhile may also get a stay order from court.
