difference b/w me and my father’s age is less than 19

My date of birth is 27-1-2001 according to my smart card/identity card and my fathers is 4-1984 …. Some days ago i went to the passport office for passport… But they rejected me by saying that the difference b/w me and my father’s age is less than 19… And this is true… My father got married at 16 …. So now what to do??I have to take admission in lums and passport is a required document.
