father’s monthly income and maintenance of minor

Sir with due respect, if father’s monthly income is 90,000/- (ninety thousand) then child will receive only upto 3 to 4 thousand as maintenance money. Sir don’t u think its un justification with child as well as with his mother. How she will manage all needs of child with this small amount when she has no source of income. How she can enhance this amount to meet all expenses of child?
