Sir I was punished by a federally administering department at Quetta in a case of corruption by others. Sir I want to file writ in Bannu Bench of Peshawar High court under article 199 etc by making 2 defendants i.e one of Islamabad and one of Quetta. Sir please advise whether I can file writ at Bannu Bench of PHC because some lawyers tell me that you can file it at Bannu Bench while some lawyers tell me that you can file writ at Quetta or Islamabad. Sir Writ at Quetta is impossible for me. Sir I belong to Bannu KPK and my residence is also at Bannu. Sir please advise. Most regards and DUAS. Rashid ullah.

    from where last order was passed….? If the office of the competent authority is at Quetta, then writ ll be filed there, otherwise you may file at Islamabad of headquarter is there. But you can’t file a writ petition at Bannu.
