fraud

Dear sir,

The OEP which is registered by the name of Azad Khan s/o Sher Muhammad.
He was up load the job in UAE advertisement on Paperpk.com. Then I applied for the post of Assistant Admin officer and after some month I have received call for an interview in oep office on 15/12/2015 which OEP address is mention as under. Then I have passed the interview and the interviewer / recruiter said to me you are finally selected for the post of Assistant Admin Officer in UAE and now you deposit money Rs. 50,000 in official Account of AFA international. After some day’s ago, they said to me we are not send you in UAE for job due to some hurdle and you come here and refund your money through check then I received the check of Rs. 50,000 which is Cash/Transfer on 05/05/2016. Then I go to the Alied bank Branch D.G.Khan then the Bank Official emplyee said to me there is no much more money to fulfill the requirment of present cheque. What happened and is it fraud?
Please help me and solve my problem I will be very thankfull to you!
