I have a daughter 3 years old living with my ex-wife. Now, can I become a guardian of my daughter legally? Or the person having custody of child can be a guardian only?

What are the main Pros and Cons of becoming a guardian? Can anyone tell me a few each?

    Yes you are natural guardian of your daughter and you can be appointed by Guardian court of the property of minor and if you want custody then there certain grounds which you can discuss with me at 03334598315
