Dear Sir,
My question is that the brothers of my wife (my brother in laws) sold a residential property building situated in commercial area and my wife has signed papers upon sold. But her brothers (my two brothers in law) refused to pay her inherit money. Now how we can get our part of money from them. As they have refused to pay the money and said do what ever you can do. The building belongs to the mother of all the parties.
Please guide me properly that how can we get our claim from them( brother in laws) in legal and easy way.
Looking for positive and immediate response in this regard.
Note: My brothers in law and the new purchaser of the building have refused to provide the copy of the papers. So we don’t have the property papers but only the address of that house where my wife was living before marriage.
Thanks and regards,

your wife may get a certified copy from concern registrar or society office or even without documents may file a suit for cancellation of agreement as she has not received the earnest money.

Dear sir,
Thanks for your early and valuable reply. Please explain little deeply that without any property document it is possible to suit the cancellation of the said registry. I also mentioned that we don’t have any property papers, as my in laws have the possession of the property and we only have just address of the house. I mean how will court identify the property???
Also please let us know that how much time we have to cancel the agreement as the property papers were signed on 16-10-2016 on Sunday two days before.
Thanks and regards,
