Answer:

  1. If someone is giving you a child then you may get it directly through court or if you are adopting it from an orphan house then prior permission of Child protection and welfare bureau is required. AS such there is no adoption law but any person may be appointed as a Guardian of a child if the court considers him a fit person for the welfare of a minor.
    an adopted child is not entitled to any inheritance, however, any property may be transferred ob his/her name after due course of law .
