Assalam o Alaikum
Hope this mail will find you in the best of health and spirits.
I am working in a Govt organization and my rights regarding leave (both Earned and casual) are violated. Even we are not allowed to avail medical leave. we are forced to sit beyond the usual office hours without any overtime. The matter is highlighted in every meeting with the higher-ups but they themselves are of the same cruel view with the employees. Whenever we ask our manager to abide by the rules, we are given a simple answer that ” Sarkari mulazim 24 ghnty ka hta he” which means that we have no personal life beyond our job life. we are called from our homes to go back to office late at night. and by late night I mean 9Pm-10 pm and it has happened many times that we have worked the whole night without being paid or given extra leave. When we ask our managers for a single leave then an explanation is handed to us for even asking the managers. I am very upset with this situation and It is causing immense mental stress. Kindly guide as to how these problems can be solved legally.

You need to bring it to a notice in black & white as they are doing. File a written complaint and then you may file a writ petition before High court as a matter of fundamental rights,

Can you please guide me as to where and how a complaint should be filed?
