I am Mansoor Pasha, worked as Assistant Director of NADRA contractual employee. After served 13 years, as per my contract they terminated my contract on three months notice period. I filed CP in high court Sindh. After 12 hearings and arguments of both sides, the honourable court dismisses the case with the remarks ” the petition is not maintainable due to non-statuary rules of statuary organization NADRA.
plz guide where the employee goes to justice where nothing went wrong from his side and why the court does not favour the employee where “law of natural justice” and “fundamental rights of a person damaged”
