name from ECL

Dear respected,i have applied my renewal MRP passport at date 18/07/2017 in Consulate general of pakistan Milan Italy,they said my name and father name match with ECL .So i have submitted my complaint to Wafaqi Mothsib pakistan,when wafaqi motthsib during investigate found another simillar name hit with my name ,in this regard wafaqi mothsib order will be removed name from ECL to lahore high court ,Interior ministery section officer the subject noted above and say that the matter under active consideration in ministery of interior and to resolve the issue ,DCO and DPO Pakpattan sharif has been requested to verifie the particular s name ( this person name in ECL match with my name) , now interior ministery said as and when responce receive from DPO and DCO Pakpattan Sharief the case will be processed further.
Sir please advice me what i can do for get my passaport as soon possibile.
