Aoa. I need urgent advice regarding a property document. In the agreement to sell, as im the purchaser, my name and NIC card number is correct, but my fathers name has been printed wrong, instead of Abdul Rehman it has been typed Abdul Raheem. Can there be any legal problem on my part? I asked a dealer, he has adviced me that nothing has to be changed as it is just an agreement to sell between me and the seller, the main document is the allotment letter? What shall i do? The property is in Dha Lahore. I am in Lahore for another 3 days. Kindly advise. Regards

Property dealer is right. but it can be easily change with a ballpoint and counter sign for it. Its also a valuable document m it should be corrected m even the DHA authority may object on it.
