Actually we are in conflict with our neighbour.His house is 4 storey and our is one storey but actually more in area covering their property.They stand at the roof and could see in our home consciously or unconsciously.I have said may times to them not to use that roof through which they could see in our home but invain.The man is “kabootar baz ” and his childern irritates so much ful day.Is their any solution I could launch a complaint against them to administration and their would be an action. what are the rights citizens could enjoy in this particular case according to the constitution of pakistan.
