not paying my personal loan

Assalam o Aliekum Respected Sir. Actually the real matter is, i am not paying my personal loan installments since last 3 month, and i am not able to keep continue it further because my expenses are raised, i am married and have a daughter, my parents are old they are also live with me and totally depending on me. I am full filling their needs, we are living in a rented house. due to all these facts i cannot pay my further personal load installments.
its a humble request please tell me some solution of this issue.
