Question :

I have performed Nikah Contract with mutual consent.. The problem is that We perform Nikah without the presence of each other, on Phone call (Audio) due to the difference of cities , at the presence of two witnesses and my lawyer in my house, her parents dont know about this as we shall tell them after 6 months( due to my job) other all formalities are as per rules, only she were not present physically.Is it valid marriage contract ? if not, What should we do ?

    Yes, it’s a valid nikkah, if same has been registered after signatures of both parties and witnesses in concern union council.
