Hello sir .
My garnd father and my grand mother had died now my father and his siblings try to sold out the property which is equally owned by all of them so we hire a lawyer and he said before sold out the property we must give the power of attorney to one of them and no one want to do because of trust issues so in this matter what we have to do pls guide

  1. In my opinion , first of all all parties should engage its own trusted lawyer. The property may be sold out without power of attorney or a special power of attoreny may be given with limited power, such as just to obtian fard etc and not to sell. porpety can be sold out jointly with signatures of all person as they get their payment according to shares.
