Any person has right to start a NGO along with other persons. you may start it with 5 or more persons after its registration in following shapes.
There are many ways to start an NGO , first you have to get it registered under
1. Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies’ Ordinance 1961
or
2, Registered under ‘Societies Act of 1860
or
3. Non-Profit Company (Under ‘Companies Ordinance 1984’)
or
4. Cooperative Society (Under ‘Co-operative Societies act 1925)
