replicas’ law

AoA. Respected Sirs, I have a query about replicas’ law. We have a fabric shop in a non rich area where no customer wants to buy original Khadi or Sana Safinaz etc. products. Also They can’t buy these if they wish. So we sell replicas. We don’t use original’s name but the design is almost same as original and quality too. Now I wanna ask that is it allowed in term of law? And if it isn’t then what is the way? And how can they register so many designs or if they don’t register then how could they claim?
