if a brother died without any family with property his youger brother died before him after his death his property blongs to the children of dead brother or only live brother and sister share the property. i wana ask is there any right of the other dead brothers children on the property

yes children are entitled to receive the share from such property, as per law children shall get share equivalent to the share which their father would have received if alive.
