Dear Sir, i belong to Faisalabad . During Dengue survey , the inspector applied PLGO to seal my business point and PPC 268,278,290,291 for FIR against me. I need following clarification I) Is it legally true to apply two or more than two different laws at same time ??? II) the above mentioned practice done by dengue inspector has any legal worth ?
