Sir my friend wants a legal advice.
His father adopted him from first day of his birth and registered him on Birth Certificate , b form ,School , college , university , passport , nadra cnic by his name just like his real son .His father never told him that he was adopted and always treated him and loved like his own son. Now his father is died and left a house .My friend decided to apply for succession certificate in the court but the brother of his father threats him that he will challenge his succession in the court and will not let him to get succession certificate .
I want to ask that whether my friend will be able to get succession certificate and get his father’s property or his father’s brother will get it.
