mjhe maloom karna hai k agar me company payroll pe hun or me resign karna chahta hum mene aik month ka notice dia magar company ne bola ap immidiate chale jaen hame notice nai chaie to company hame aik month ki salary degi in liu of notice period ya nai q k ham notice serve karna chah rahe henmagar company immidiate nikalna chah rai he.
