almost 6 years pehlay meri shadi hui thi, kuch arsa k baad hi halaat kharab hona start ho gaye or divorce tak bat aa gai. isi period main meri ex-wife expect kar rai thi. halaat kharab ho ne ki wajah se wo apnay parents k ghar shift ho gai. jab baby ki delivery hui to wo baby ko hospital main he chor k chali gai thi. Phir dobara kabi us ne baby k baray main nai pocha.
mèin ab ye chahta hon k mein child ki legal custody k liye apply karoon. mujhay ak to procedure ka pochna tha or dosra ye k kisi tarah ka koi masla to nai aye ga custody se related. 3rd ye k mujhay meri ex-wife se related koi information nai hai k wo ab Pakistan main hai ya nai or ye b k zinda b hai ya nai.

    Sir, you already made a blunder in custody case ut say thanks to Allah, you did not meet with a bad experience or this mistake. In your case now minor has grown up, so no worry for his custody. father is natural Guardian of the minor so there is no such need of Guardianship certificate in ur case. you may file a suit for restitution of conjugal rights against her or may start divorce proceedings at her last residing address.
