I WANT TO KNOW THAT IF A PERSON COMMITTED AN ILLEGAL ACT DUE TO LACK OF AWARENESS ABOUT RULES. THEN IS THERE ANY LAW BY WHICH COURT CAN GIVE FAVOUR DUE TO THE FACT THAT PERSON WAS UNAWARE OF THE RULES AND NOT PERFORM THAT ACT INTENTIONALLY?
PLEASE PROVIDE ME REFERENCE IN LAW BOOK.
