Q:

Dear sir Assalam o Alaikum. This website is a Godsend for helpless people. May Allah help you in this world and the next world as well. Because Allah helps those who help others. I have seeked helped from you in past as well. Thank you. Today i am writing on behalf of a very poor and supressed person, a naib qasid, in PMAS Arid Agriculture University, where i have been working for last 12 years. This guy lives on rent in a small house with the landlord. He has three daughters. The land lord abducted one of his daughters and took it to his village. When he (poor naib qasid) asked the landlord's wife about his daughter, she presented him with a fake niqah nama stating that your daughter has fled with my husband. She has been missing for almost twelve days now. What should he do next?

  1. The first job is to file a complaint before police for the abduction of daughter then police shall find out whether the same was an abduction or it was a willful court marriage.

The age of the daughter is very relevant in this case. if she is 18 years old then her statement shall be helpful to her husband, if not then you may claim her a minor.

one more important thing is that the landlord can not marry another woman without prior permission of the Arbitration Council and his first wife.
It ll be better to engage meet a lawyer or directly to the concern Police station without wasting further time.
