minor meeting case

minor meeting case.
i need your advice regarding the subject matter as minor is having the age of 3yrs and court has decided for minor meeting once in a month. mother has the custody of minor. if minor’s father want to meet child before the court decided date what should be the legal advice from your side.
and if we let the father meet his child before court date is there any ambiguity in it and what should be then said in court infront of judge on date of meeting. should in writing letter be obtained from father for meeting or not.
