my husband and my child have been threatened

I want to ask that me, my husband and my child have been threatened by my in laws many times, i want to register a recorded application or complaint that if me my husband or my child will suffer any loss, then my in laws will be responsible for that incident, i don’t want to arrest anyone or not want to send any notice to them, I want to record a registered application that’s it,

Kindly guide me which law use for this purpose in Pakistan? FIR or other law? Kindly answer, I need ur urgent support,
