Dear Sir

I have a question regarding partnership firm.There are 3 partners in a firm with major rights with one partner 98%,He wants to enter in an agreement without approval of other partners.Sir kindly advise it is possible and if not kindly give some advice as per Partnership Act 1932

    Please read out the conditions already mentioned in partnership deed. or share a copy of the same with us for a better advice
