PEC

dear sir, I hope you will be fine. my name is Zubair and I am going to be a graduate student of engineering from china in July 2017. the problem is that my degree program or university is not registered from Pakistan engineering council as it is must for a engineer to get PEC registration number to practicing in Pakistan. PEC has given accreditation to only around about 7 universities of china out of many others hundreds universities. according to PEC rules and acts only those graduates can get accreditation from PEC who got degree from listed universities of PEC but there are also thousands of foreign graduates from foreign who have same problem even we are graduated very excellent and rewarding engineering universities. PEC give accreditation to foreign universities after a formal visit of their staff to concerning foreign universities and taking a heavy amount of fee including accommodation for their staff during visit, vip tickets, traveling and etc. foreign univariates dean and professors are no longer interested to spend their time and money. also PEC staff visiting process in very slow and steady. they don’t visit to every university even after taking fee. dear sir I want to ask your help to make me clarify that how can I get accreditation from PEC. I know that UK engineering council offer self assessment and interview for engineer who is interested in getting accreditation from UK engineering council. likewise in USA there is PE exam for all graduates to get national level accreditation in USA. even PMDC in Pakistan offer exam to graduates to give them registration. I want to know why PEC don’t offer such kind of exam to us foreign graduates to get registration from PEC and start practicing in Pakistan. why they don’t want us to earn HALAL money to live our lives.
I contacted them and got a few time unexpected reply saying that PEC works under its rules and acts. if it is like that that do you think that we have a ethical and moral chance to file a case in court. please inform me if you think that is their any other way to get accreditation form PEC like taking admission in a university for master or PhD degree so that after pursuing master degree I would get myself registered from PEC. ON the website of PEC accredited engineering program they offer are all undergraduate based so do you think that if I got my undergrad degree from university that is not registered with PEC and later will get my master degree from university that is registered from PEC so would I get accreditation or not ?
