I wanna know if someone was caught in pillion ridding(double sawari) in Karachi does it count as a criminal offence?
is it being recorded?
will it be shown on a police clearance certificate and do you have to disclose applying for a visa abroad?

    Double Sawari is a minor offence and comes under traffic violation or police caught for violation of Sec 144 Cr.PC. There is no need to disclosed it before immigration fro the purpose of Visa to abraod. It ll not be shown on Police Charchter Certificate.
