I have booked a shop 3 years before in safari view resdensia Rawalpindi but they didn’t start project .they are not ready to return my money. In an agreement, they promised to give possession in 2.5 years.What can I do now please suggest me
Please do not waste ur precious time, immediately file a suit for specific performance of the agreement or alternative money as per current market price of the house.
