Shadi bahir ke mulk main bhi thi 10 sal pehle..1 1/12 sal say alag hain. Doosri shadi karna chahti hon, process bataye aur waqt ..cost bhi Jazkaallah

you have two options to get a divorce certificate, Ask your husband to send a divorce deed in written from abroad and then you may get a divorce certificate within 90 days. Or you may file a suit for dissolution of marriage before the family court, it ‘ll take 2 months + 90 days to get a divorce certificate.
