    If you are doing a business with a partner then you should prepare a partnership deed on a stamp paper of Rs.1000 and same should be registered before registrar of a firm as a partnership firm,

    If you only want some investment then same could be written on Rs.200 stamp paper now. It ll be better if you engage a lawyer for preparing the same.
