you may file a custody petition now along with a petition for meeting with minors. Meeting with minor is your right m, whereas the custody petition ll be decided after accessing the welfare of a minor which is a paramount consideration to decide a custody petition,
Yes, your sister may also file an application for appointment of Guardian before Guardian COurt.
